1. Agreement
By creating an account or using FamilyHealth at familyhealth.site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
2. What FamilyHealth is — and isn't
FamilyHealth is a tool for organizing health information. It is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not an emergency service. AI features produce informational summaries that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Only add information about people you have the right to manage, such as your children or family members who have agreed.
4. Your content
You own the information and files you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you (including AI processing when you request it). You can export or delete your content at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, no malware, no automated scraping, and no interference with the service's security or performance.
6. Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Family, Family Pro) are billed monthly or annually in advance once paid checkout is available. You can cancel anytime; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Prices may change with advance notice. Refunds follow applicable law and any policy shown at checkout.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep FamilyHealth available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. Please keep your own copies of important medical documents.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyHealth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on information in the app or AI summaries. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes and contact
